Band of Builders began with one man’s mission to help a friend and has grown into a national movement driven by compassion, community and action. Behind every project, event and campaign is a dedicated team of staff, trustees and volunteers who bring our mission to life.
From that first renovation in 2016 to becoming the UK’s national construction charity, our team has been at the heart of it all, leading the way in delivering practical, financial and emotional support to construction workers and their families.
Our employees provide the day to day leadership, coordination and support that keeps the charity moving forward. Our trustees help guide our strategy and governance. Our volunteers and industry partners give their time, skills and resources on the ground, turning plans into real world impact.
